My Material Life

Greetings From The Enchanted Pumpkin Patch

Halloween has come and gone, but you can still join me for a visual tour of the enchanted pumpkin patch. Did you happen to see the Blue Moon come up that night? It was spectacular. A quiet night around these parts, but there was definitely magic in the air … and on the ground.

New tissue paper, cardstock and acetate covers for the lantern.

Skeletons adorned with pumpkin heads made of tissue paper, glue and felt. I’m not sure I’d want to live in a world without tissue paper – not that anyone’s asked me to.

These girls never miss a party.

Thank you, Jacquie Lawson, for the most amazing Halloween inspiration ever and for this very special appearance of mouse and cat.

Special thanks to my Covid Comrades, the dear Borders family and good neighbor Rolf for coming out to see the magic live and in person.

If you’re curious about making similar decorations, many of your questions can probably be answered by taking a look at my previous post. For directions for the pumpkin coach, click here to find them on Hallmark’s website.

Love β€œThe Enchanted PumpkinPatch!” We may have to add one next year to our fairy village. I feel the same way about tissue paper, and your windows are so colorful! Always love the skeletons and the dancing girls!
