We had a mid-day gathering of neighbors and friends at the new Dolce Bella Chocolate Cafe in San Jose at Westgate West yesterday. They moved their chocolate shop out of Quito Center in Saratoga and have expanded it into a cafe at Westgate West. Gosh I wish there were more establishments like this around! Look at the presentation of that cheese plate – isn’t it beautiful?! That’s their hot chocolate on the right. It’s topped with house-made marshmallows. Various members of our party enjoyed the pumpkin soup, the quiche, an apple and cheddar panini, and the cheese and charcuterie plates. Good and simple food, beautifully prepared and presented. And of course – chocolate!
